Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to all of the below.

You, the commissioner:

  • May crop, resize or print out a commission for personal use, as well as use it for social media/your own site as long as visible credit is given

  • May not use commissions for crypto, NFT or AI training purposes

  • May not claim art as your own

  • May request changes to a piece in progress - redraws can only be done at the sketch phase though!

  • Understand that this is digital artwork, and not physical (nothing will be shipped)

  • May request updates as to the progress of a piece, and will receive a progress sketch when a sketch is finished

  • May not finish an unfinished progress update piece yourself, or have another artist do so

  • May not use commissions I have done for others for any purpose

  • May not use a commission for commercial use, or resell it

  • May cancel a commission and request a refund if it has not yet been started

  • May opt out of having your commission posted anywhere

I, the artist:

  • Have the right to post my works in any form, finished or not; however, I will not post a commission if requested of me not to post it

  • May turn down any commission for any reason, even if not listed here

  • May ask for clarification if a request is vague

  • May refund and cancel a commission under extraordinary circumstances - i.e. I am unable to finish the piece, or I am no longer able to contact you

  • Own fully all art I produce

  • Will not accept crypto as a payment currency

  • Will not accept refunds for a finished piece

  • Will not accept haggling for a lower price after a price has been worked out

Take note!

  • Making payment does not mean I begin the commission straight away; I may have other commissions, there may be other circumstances or I just may not be in the right mood for drawing.

  • Prices shown are general guide prices, and the actual price of a commission may vary depending on the details of the request itself.

  • All prices are in USD. (GBP isn't doing so great...)

About

  • Won't draw: NSFW/Fetish, Mecha, Explicit gore, Offensive/Hateful content

Process

  • You read the terms of service, and then contact me with your initial commission - be it over email, on Tumblr or on Ko-Fi.

  • We iron out details; you provide your PayPal email, information on character(s), pose(s), expression(s) and background, as well as reference images. Optionally, what kind of style you want

  • Once details have been ironed out, I send you an upfront invoice over PayPal!

  • Once the sketch is complete, I show you an update piece with it, and you may request any changes you desire. If further direction has been requested for other elements of the commission, there will be other update pieces.

  • By default, commissions come with a solid colour or simple pattern background.

  • Once it's done, I'll send it to you over your preferred channel - by default, wherever you contacted me for commission!

Prices

Sketch Base Prices

Bust: $10
Waist-up: $20
Full body: $30
Simple/Sketch shading: +40%A sketch of a character; by default it will be an unshaded black line sketch on a white canvas, though this can be customised, as can canvas size. You can add a little colour in, if you want.

Full Colour Base Prices

Bust: $30
Waist-up: $50
Full body: $70A full colour drawing of a character, complete with shading. By default it will be on a simple one or two colour background, though a more complex background can be requested for extra cost.

Add-ons

Additional characters: +80% of final price each
Abstract/Complex BG: +50-80% of final price (depending on complexity)
Simple/Gradient backgrounds: Free
